Mr. Korndoerfer joined BPE in 2009 with more than 33 years of experience in the custom-made machine manufacturing industry, providing worldwide processing for the confectionery and bakery industry, as well as for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and mineral industries.
He retired from Hosokawa Bepex GmbH in 2008, having held the position of President of Hosokawa Confectionery and Bakery Group (including Hosokawa Ter Braak, Rotterdam, and Hosokawa Kreuter, Hamburg) and the compacting division. Before he joined Bepex, Mr. Korndoerfer was assigned to consulting in the administration and audit division of Arthur Anderson & Co., Frankfurt. Mr. Korndoerfer is a graduate of Fachhochschule Nuremberg, where he received his MBA.
