Operating Companies

BPE acquires operating companies in which the family will maintain long–term ownership. Ideal targets would have recognizable market leadership advantages, be firmly established, and be at the higher end of the quality/price pyramid. 

Venture Capital

BPE invests in opportunities which exhibit potential for extraordinary returns over a three-to-five-year period. In this capacity, BPE expects to be a minority and passive investor.
