Berwind Private Equity Invests in Coolerado Corporation

Berwind Private Equity is pleased to announce our investment in Coolerado Corporation, a manufacturer of energy efficient air conditioners.  Based in Denver, Colorado, the company uses a form of indirect evaporative cooling which relies on the Maisotsenko Cycle (M-Cycle), a newly developed thermodynamic cycle, to reduce energy costs between 50 – 90% over conventional air conditioners.  Coolerado’s systems also allow the use of 100% fresh outside air, thereby flushing out stale air and pollutants for a healthier indoor air environment.  The company’s products have been installed throughout the US and internationally.
