High market share in narrowly defined niche industry with a defensible market position
Strong existing management willing to remain on board for at least three years
Acquisition opportunity should not have one customer representing over 20% of revenue (including from governments)
Low to medium need to re-invest in property, plant and equipment
Strong biased towards purchasing companies with non-union work forces
We look to purchase up to 100% of the company
Biased towards businesses dominated by customers in the developed world
Prefer manufacturers of non-commodity products
Strong biased towards companies with corporate headquarters in the US, preferably the Northeast
We prefer companies involved in markets that have and will continue to experience above average growth
A business culture of strong values and ethics, customer focused, with fair treatment of employees
